We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, because of this, we are unable to change, modify or cancel orders after 12hrs.
Let us know ASAP. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we can change the shipping address. Once the order has left our distribution center we have limited ability (if any) to change the address. We will only offer a customer a refund once the order has been physically returned to the distribution center.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with tracking information. From there, expect to follow the tracking to see an expected delivery date based on the shipping option you purchased.
We are sincerely sorry that you received the wrong item. Please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can correct the issue.
If you could attach your order number and a picture of the product you have incorrectly received it will help us speed up the process.

Standard: 5-7 business days $12
Express: 2-4 business days $25
Overnight: next day delivery $45 (Overnight orders must be placed by 1pm PST, Monday -Thursday, delivered next day)
Our product ships from our homebase of Nashville, Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Above delivery timelines are from the day you receive your tracking information.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes (PO Box in shipping address) or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
We currently only ship within the United States, but hope to expand in the future!
We have a 15-day return and exchange policy, from the day your order is delivered. We offer free return shipping that can be set up here.
Please note, all products must be in new, unused condition with all of the original Honors tags attached to be eligible for a return. We ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, odors, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. We just ask you to be kind with our clothes!
Refunds: Please use this link to set up a return or exchange. Refunds are issued once the product has been received back at our distribution center.
Exchanges: In order to provide the best service, we don’t offer exchanges at this time. Please set up your order as a return and refund and then feel free to place a new order for the product and size you prefer.
